No Shows - Failure to cancel bookings which result in a no show will mean the booking is lost and no refund can be given.
Lateness - The experience begins with a 15 minute health and safety talk followed by the alpaca walk, this is a group activity and our guides will begin the walk on time, once all visitors have been handed an alpaca and leave the pen any latecomers will be unable to join the walk and no refund will be given. Accidents - Accidents do happen, albeit very rarely. We give an extensive health and safety briefing prior to your experience and you should follow the instructions given. We cannot accept responsibility for any accidents or injuries that occur on our farm.
Physical Activity - The walk is over grassy/sandy tracks & paths. There are some hills to tackle, the pace is rather slow as Alpacas like to look around & take in their surroundings. The walks are not suitable for people with walking difficulties or very young children.
Amount of Alpacas on my walk - Alpacas are a herd animal so a minimum of 2 & a maximum of 10 animals.
Weather - Our walks run whether rain or shine, sleet or snow so please dress according to weather forecasts and be prepared for our temperamental British weather!

A wonderful alternative way of experiencing the Cheshirecountryside with our animals… be sure that you will want to take one home with you afterwards.
STRICTLY NO DOGS
Alpacas and dogs make each other nervous so under no circumstances do we allow them on walks.
CHECK THE WEATHER
